Private and collective ownership coexist in condominiums and thus a governing association runs the communal interests. Individuals looking to invest for instance in new solar systems, charging equipment for electric vehicles or other structural energy efficiency improvements have to navigate through the meanders of private and communal interests before they can fulfil their ultimate goal. Condominium associations and suppliers find similar hurdles in their roles in the process. We have built significant knowledge on existing challenges and can leverage common interests in condominiums into generating value for all parts. We are delivering digital tools to enable cost efficient products and improved user experience.
